Passport holders of 77 countries can travel to Thailand without prior visa, eVisa, or on-arrival visa.

Thai authorities have approved a temporary visa waiver exempting Chinese and Kazakh tourists to enter Thailand without a visa, which will be effective from 25 September 2023 till the end of February 2024.

Visa must be obtained at the first point of entry. Visa fee of 2000 THB is payable upon entry.
Passengers transiting through Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang International Airport for less than 12 hours do not require a visa.
Visa On Arrival
Visa to travel in Thailand can be obtained at airports and other borders crossings for Passport holders of 14 countries.
Passport holders for 6 countries can obtain an electronic visa / authorization prior to arrival to travel to Thailand.
eVisa / On Arrival
On-Arrival visa or an electronic visa / authorization is available to passport holders of 2 countries to travel to Thailand.
Pre-arranged Visa Required
Prior to arrival at Thailand, passport holders of 130 countries must obtain a visa at their corresponding consulate of Thailand. Additional travel conditions (such as Visas to other countries) may waive this requirement.
