Nationals of any country whose national passport states that they were born in Algeria, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates or Yemen. Information: Those of Syrian origin holding foreign passport must hold one of the following documents (may be expired) issued by Syria, containing a photo:
passport; or
driver's license; or
photo ID card.
Nationals of any country (except Somalia) whose national passport states that country of birth is Somalia.
Passengers (mother, wife or children) accompanying passengers of Syrian origin can obtain a visa on arrival.
