    Starting from July 1, 2019, citizens of Estonia may be granted an e-visa to enter the Kaliningrad Oblast. E-visa is a single-entry visa and issued for 30 calendar days from the date of its issuance. The permitted stay in the Kaliningrad Oblast with an e-visa is up to 8 days starting from the date of entry, within its validity period.
    Citizens of Estonia will be able to visit St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast with a free electronic visa from Oct 1, 2019. The visa is valid for up to 30 calendar days, but it can be used to stay for up to eight days in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.

    The new e-visa system for foreigners visiting Kaliningrad has been introduced on July 1, adding that citizens of 53 countries, Indonesia included, are eligible.
    As of 1 Oct 2019, Indonesia is among 53 countries eligible for e-visa (free of charge) whose citizens are eligible for e-visa to enter St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The visa allows visitors to visit the area for maximum 8 days.
    On January 27, 2020, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has officially added a list of countries whose citizens can visit the Far East region of Russia by e-visa, including Indonesia. With e-visa, an Indonesian citizen can visit Far Eastern Federal Districts (Amur oblast, Buryatia Republic, Zabaykalsky krai, Kamchatka krai, Primorsky krai, Sakhalin oblast, Khabarovsk krai, and Chukotka Autonomous Orkrug) up to eight days for single entry.
